Manju, is an experienced speech-language pathologist providing therapy to children ages 2 through the school-age years for nearly 20 years. Since beginning her career in the field of speech-language pathology, she has practiced in preschools, primary , secondary schools and via tele speech therapy. Her area of specialty is working with school- age children with speech and language impairments, and those struggling in reading and writing.

Manju received her Bachelors in Audiology, Speech, Language Pathology from Sri Ramachandra Medical University in Chennai, India. She then went on to receive her Masters degree in Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology at Manipal University, Karnataka, India. She also obtained a Masters in Special Needs and Additional learning Needs from the University of East London,United Kingdom.

Manju is certified in It Takes Two to Talk® — The Hanen Program® for Parents of Children with Language Delays. She has completed multiple certifications in Talk Tools Oral Placement Program, Dyslexia and Phonics courses, and K-SLP courses in Childhood Apraxia of Speech. She is deeply passionate about helping students overcome their struggle with reading and writing.

She was deeply honoured to be named a finalist in the Social and Education category of the Women’s Entrepreneur Connect Awards in 2025. This recognition is especially meaningful because it celebrates women who are working to make a positive impact in their communities through innovation, education, and social change.

Manju is lives and works in Eindhoven. When she is not providing speech-language services, she enjoys baking and reading. Manju, herself having lived outside of her heritage country all her life, understands what it means to be a expat. Especially , for children transitioning into a new country, experiencing new cultures, languages and school life. If life wasn’t already full and fun, Manju and her husband , Bobby, have three boys and a labradoodle named Skye.

Stephy is a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and over eight years of clinical experience working with children across diverse developmental profiles. She is specialised in supporting children with articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, social communication challenges, fluency disorders, and early literacy concerns. She follows a child centered and play-based approach. And is grounded in evidence-based practice, with individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.

Stephy has done her Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology and then Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from Dr. S. R. Chandrasekhar Institute of Speech and Hearing in Bangalore. 

Her core passion lies in working with children and creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives. She strive to build strong partnerships with families, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and actively involved in the therapy process. Her goal is not only to improve communication skills but also to foster confidence, independence, and positive participation in home, school, and social environments.

She lives in Helmond with her spouse and daughter. And enjoys going for long walks, watching movies & series and shopping not to mention !
